• LKG Children should have completed 3 years of age on 31st July in the year of admission.
  • Pupils seeking admission to class I should have completed 5 years of age on 31st July in the year of admission.
  • Application form duly filled in and signed by the parent / guardian furnishing complete and correct particulars should be given.
  • While admitting the child parents must produce
    • An attested xerox copy of the birth certificate.
    • Xerox copy of the pupil's Aadhar card
    • Pupil's community certificate or xerox copy of the father's T.C.
    • Pupil's passport size photo - 2 copies.

Payment of fee

The academic year of the school is from June to May divided into three terms of four months each as detailed here under and the prescribed fees are payable for all the three terms.

Parents are requested kindly to note that our school does not receive any grant and all the expenses of the school are met from the fee. Hence for the proper and smooth functioning of the school, the Management would justifiably insist upon payment of fees, strictly in accordance with the rules. Parents are requested to appreciate this position and extend the full co-operation to the Management.

General Rules & Regulations

  • Students should be present in the school premises before 9.15 am. and should attend assembly.
  • Students should be in their proper uniform and those who are without uniform will not be allowed to attend the class.
  • School term fee should be paid before 10th of June, 10th of October and 10th of January without fine. Otherwise a fine of Rs. 20 will be collected.
  • Students are advised not to wear valuable jewels while attending school and the School Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
  • Students seeking admission from other schools, should produce T.C. obtained from the school where they have previously studied.
  • Students should not absent themselves without leave letter from their parents or guardians.
  • Students absenting themselves continuously for longer period without leave letter from their parents will be removed from the rolls.
  • No student should leave the class room without the permission of the teacher.
  • 9Students should keep their classes neat. Any student scribbling on walls or Black Boards will be severely dealt with.
  • A record of address and phone number of parents / guardians is maintained in the school office. Any change in the address / phone number should be communicated then and there.

Rules and Regulations for leave and Attendance

Absenting during the test without prior permission will be viewed very seriously. Retest will not be conducted.

Students who lack 80% attendance will not be eligible to appear for the Annual examination. Students who obtain 100% attendance will be suitably rewarded.
